Bayl Consults ("we", "us") is an education strategy consultancy. This policy explains what information is processed through this website, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we use information you submit only to reply to you, use privacy-focused website measurements to understand site performance, and do not sell or share your information for marketing.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, organisation, email address, and the message you write.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate website traffic and performance, including page views, referring pages, browser and device information, country-level location, and performance timings. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or track individual visitors across websites. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, if the conversation continues, to correspond with you about potential or ongoing work. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes the data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. Website traffic and performance measurements are processed by Cloudflare. Our email is handled by our email provider. No other third parties receive your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation and for reasonable business records. If you'd like your information deleted, ask and we'll remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the UK and EU under GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.
